1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Codify Bots Anti-Bypass platform (the "Service"), including its website, API, redirect pages, and associated Telegram bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

Codify Bots provides link-protection infrastructure: developers submit a destination URL through our API and receive back a protected link. Visitors to that protected link are routed through automated verification checkpoints (including but not limited to bot detection, browser verification, and bypass-attempt blocking) before being forwarded to the original destination.

The Service is provided "as a tool" — Codify Bots does not host, review, or endorse the destination content that any developer chooses to protect.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• Developer API keys are issued via our Telegram bot and are personal to the account that requested them — do not share your API key publicly.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs using your API key, whether or not authorized by you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to protect, distribute, or route traffic toward links that:

• Contain or facilitate access to illegal content of any kind, including material that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, ransomware, or other malicious software.
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
• Are used for fraud, scams, spam, or deceptive practices.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found in violation of this section, without prior notice, and to cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

5. API Usage & Keys

• Developer API keys are obtained free of charge through the Anti Bypass Bot on Telegram.
• We reserve the right to apply reasonable rate limits, throttle abusive traffic patterns, or revoke keys that are used in violation of these Terms.
• API responses, formats, and available endpoints (including but not limited to /api and /full) may be extended or modified over time; we aim to preserve backward compatibility wherever reasonably possible.

6. Intellectual Property

The Codify Bots name, logo, website design, and underlying platform are the property of Codify Bots and may not be copied, reproduced, or used to represent an affiliated or competing service without prior written permission. Destination content protected through the Service remains the sole property and responsibility of the developer who submitted it.

7. Availability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service, and maintenance, upgrades, or third-party infrastructure issues (including our hosting and network providers) may cause temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codify Bots and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including losses resulting from bypass attempts that evade our protection measures despite our best efforts.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including revoking API keys, at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service itself.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal or operational reasons. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which Codify Bots operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us directly.
